OPD Medicine Limit (per month) PKR 350/- It will expire at the end of each month.

Premium

• Premium for Self Only (Hospitalization + OPD Medicine Limit) PKR 6,000/-
• Premium per Family Member (Hospitalization without OPD Medicine Limit) PKR 4,000/-
• Premium per Family Member (Hospitalization with OPD Medicine Limit) PKR 7,000/-

Eligibility

18 to 65 Years old employee.

Free Look Period

A free look period of 14 days is available to review your policy’s terms and conditions and cancel the policy (If needed). The Premium paid will be refunded within 14 days of the receipt of the request from the issue date of the policy.
