Introduced by the State Bank of Pakistan and managed by us, we offer a long-term loan on a highly subsidised rate for improving your business’s storage capacity for agricultural produce. With this financing you can:

  • Purchase new, imported and locally-manufactured plant machinery, equipment and accessories to replace, enhance or modernise your business’s silos, warehouses and cold storage
  • Buy new generators with sufficient capacity to supply electricity to the warehous, silo or cold storage
  • Buy new generators with sufficient capacity to supply electricity to the warehous, silo or cold storage

  • A maximum loan of Rs. 500 million for a single project
  • Loan is available for a maximum of seven years
  • Repayment grace period of six months. The payments are repayable on equal quarterly/half-yearly installments after the grace period.
Financing is available at a highly subsidised mark-up rate of 6% per annum for the entire duration of the loan. This rate is subject to revision by the State Bank of Pakistan. In case the rates are lowered by State Bank of Pakistan, the benefit will be passed on to the applicant.
