JS Roshan Digital Account enables Non-Resident/Overseas Pakistanis to open a bank account with SBP-designated Pakistani banks via a completely digital and online approach. This account will allow them to use banking services such as financial transfers, remittances, bill and fee payments, and to invest in various products such as stocks and shares.

JS Roshan Digital Account provides several investing options, including the following:

Shares traded on the Pakistan Stock Exchange
Deposit items in Pakistani rupees issued by the banks that hold the account
Government of Pakistan debt securities denominated in Pakistani rupees (including
Pakistani-rupee Naya Pakistan Certificates, T-bills, PIBs, Sukuk and any other registered
securities of the government as notified from time to time)
Residential and commercial property

A JS Roshan Equity Investment account (Stock Market investment account) is opened on behalf of the Investor via JS Mobile App and is used for trading in shares.

To authenticate each trade and transaction executed in the stock market, NCCPL registers investors by assigning a Unique Identification Number (UIN). Registered UINs are provided to the Stock Exchange by NCCPL and it is mandatory for brokers to enter UINs while trading.

You can go to the JS Mobile App & select “RDA Services” from the main menu & select “JS Roshan Equity Investment”. Click on create an account or Make Investment. After providing the details, submit the application.

You will receive an ‘Acknowledgement Email’ from JS Bank as soon as we receive the consent and information from you.

NCCPL charges are applicable on the clearing of trades and will be deducted by CDC, details of which will be provided to you. For the Schedule of NCCPL’s fee and charges, please refer to: NCCPL’s Website – www.nccpl.com.pk

CDC will pay your broker’s commission from the cash transferred by you from your JS Roshan Digital Account to the CDC bank account.

All corporate action entitlements will be credited to your CDC Account. Your cash dividends will also be made available with the CDC. All information regarding corporate actions will be provided to your bank and will be available to you through the CDC Access web portal and app.

You can purchase shares through the broker’s online trading app/portal easily within the amount transferred by you to the CDC.

A Custody Account is a shares custody account opened with the CDC.

At T+2 (2 business days after transaction), CDC will pay cash on your behalf against the purchase and you will receive shares in your CDC Account. CDC will notify you about the transaction.

NRP customer can only opt for 1 CDC account linked with his/her RDA account.

RDA PKR account will be used to open a CDC Account.
