Process
The remitter selects Home Cash Delivery as the remittance method through our global partner. Availability depends on the beneficiary’s location.
A call center agent contacts the beneficiary to confirm their address and preferred delivery time. This information is then shared with the relevant branch.
- A rider collects the sealed cash envelope with the beneficiary’s details from the designated branch.
- The rider reconfirms the delivery time and date with the beneficiary.
- Upon delivery, the rider verifies the beneficiary through biometric authentication or OTP. Once verified, the cash is handed over.
- If verification fails, the beneficiary must collect the remittance from the branch.
