- The Returnship Program aims to offer flexible work opportunities to women professionals who have been on a career break or cannot work full-time due to personal commitments.
- Women who want to return to work represent a motivated talent pool that can be brought up to speed with the proper training and support.
- Through this program, women professionals can successfully resume their careers through coaching, mentoring, personal development, career revitalization, and networking.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must be female professionals on a career break who are now ready to resume work
- Minimum work experience of at least one (1) year prior to taking career break
- Relevant education and experience in the functional area of interest
Number of positions: Multiple
Experience: At least 01 year of experience before taking a career break
Qualification: Minimum bachelors from a HEC recognized university
Location: Pakistan
