- Responsible for ensuring that the customer receives a superior level of service during his banking transactions at the branch by coordinating between tellers/lending officers and customers
- Handles all customer-related queries, problems
- Ensures high scores in quality and service measures
- Holds responsibility for overseeing the smooth functioning of the Bank’s floor operations.
