• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the branch to ensure Bank’s overall business objectives.
• Ensures smooth functioning of the Branch with a view to achieving multi-dimensional growth targets within a reasonable time frame and budget.
• Acts as a direct link and interface between customers and management.
