Opening of Mobile Wallet (MW)

  • Basic Requirement: Verification of customer identity from NADRA
  • Customer visits a JCash Retail Agent to open a MW Level 0 Account
  • Customer provides his/ her original valid CNIC and Registered Mobile Number to the JCash Agent
  • Upon the completion, the customer will receive an SMS alert confirming the enrolment
  • Level 0 account holders cannot perform Account-to-Person transfers, Cash in, and cash out till their Biometric Verification (BV)
  • Level 0 can be upgraded to Level 1 account after biometric verification of customer from NADRA
  • Basic Requirement: Biometric Verification of customer from NADRA
  • Customer visits a JCash Retail Agent to open a JCash Mobile Wallet (MW) Level 1 Account
  • Customer provides his/ her original valid CNIC and Registered Mobile Number to the JCash Agent
    Agent performs Biometric Verification of the customer
  • Upon the completion, the customer will receive an SMS alert confirming their enrolment

* Additionally, once JCash Mobile Wallet (MW) Account is activated, the customer would receive a system generated call, where they would be asked to generate a secret 4-digit M-Pin for use in authenticating all MW based transactions If the customer misses the calls from the system, they always have the option of calling the Jcash call centre (111-444-000) and request for regeneration * No upfront charges or Opening Balance in required for JCash Mobile Wallet (MW) Account opening *Presence of original customer along with original valid CNIC is mandatory at the time of account opening

Through JCash Mobile Wallet (MW) Account Application

  • Install JCash Mobile Wallet (MW) Application from Android Playstore
  • Tap “Open Account” option in the application
  • Enter the fields with correct Credentials (Active Mobile Number, CNIC, CNIC Issuance Date, Email and Tap the option “Next”
  • Enter Received One Time Password “OTP” and Tap “Next”
  • Level 0 Account will be created and a confirmation SMS will be received
  • Customer should visit nearest JCash Retail Agent for Biometric Verification, in order to enhance the status from Level 0 to Level 1
