Opening of Mobile Wallet (MW)

- Level 0 Account

  1. Customer visits a Jcash Retail Agent to open a MW Level 0 Account

  2. Customer provides their original CNIC to the Jcash Agent, who then:
    1. Takes down the customer’ CNIC and Mobile Number
    2. Takes a photograph of the CNIC and the customer and signed-off Level 0 MW, Account Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and the customer's signature

  3. Upon the completion, the customer will receive an SMS alert confirming their enrolment

Opening of Mobile Wallet (MW)

- Level 1 Account

  1. Customer visits a Jcash Retail Agent to open a MW Level 1 Account

  2. Customer provides their Original CNIC to the Jcash Agent, who then:
    1. Takes down the customer’ CNIC and Mobile Number
    2. Takes a photograph of the CNIC and the customer and signed-off Level 1 MW Account Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and the customer's signature
    3. Capturing the digital photograph of the customer
    4. Capturing the digital image of the signed-off Level 1 MW Account Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and the customer's signature

  3. Upon completion , the customer will receive an SMS alert confirming their enrolment.

  4. 4. Additionally, once the MW is activated, the customer would receive a system generated call, where they would be asked to generate a secret 4-digit M-Pin for use in authenticating all MW based transactions If the customer misses the calls from the system, they always have the option of calling the Jcash call centre (0800-78900) and request for regeneration
