The process for 'depositing' cash into the Mobile Wallet is as under:

Provide your Mobile Wallet (Mobile Number) to the Jcash Agent
Provide the amount to deposit
Jcash Agent creates the transaction and completes it
The Jcash MW account holder is sent a SMS confirmation message for this transaction

Cash-In Process

The process for ‘depositing’ cash into the Mobile Wallet is as under:

Provide your Mobile Wallet (Mobile Number) to the Jcash Agent
Provide the amount to withdraw
Jcash Agent creates the transaction and completes it
The Mobile Wallet account holder receives a confirmation call for this transaction, and provides his 4-digit PIN for validation
If the PIN is valid, the transaction is completed and confirmation messages are sent to both the agent (within the app) and the Jcash MW account holder (through SMS)
