Digital Services Campaign

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

To participate in the Campaign and be eligible for the lucky draw, participants must meet the following criteria:

1. Participants must be an active customer of JS Bank
2. Participants must be legal residents of Pakistan (Local Account holders, Eligible Account types, Mobile/Internet Banking, Raast, and JS Bot)

Lucky draw Method:

To enter the lucky draw, customers must complete the following steps:

1. Customers must use ANY of the three channels, to perform a financial/non-financial transaction to become a participant.
2. Customers must maintain an active account with JS Bank throughout the duration of the Campaign.

Winning:

1. The lucky draw will be conducted anonymously, ensuring fairness and impartiality.
2. The draw will be held on a weekly basis, with five winners selected each week.
3. Winners will not be entertained once they have been selected once throughout the campaign.
4. JS Bank at any time can suspend the campaign for any reason. JS Bank shall be under no obligation to, provide you a warning prior to termination of the campaign
5. Winners will ONLY be selected from the successful financial/non-financial transactions made via JS Mobile, JS Internet Banking, JS Bot, JS Raast

*The decision of JS Bank regarding the selection of winners shall be final and binding*

Prizes:

1. Each of the five winners selected in the weekly lucky draw will receive a cash prize.
2. The cash prize will be deposited/handover as a cheque to the winner.
3. The winner needs to visit JS Bank premises or has to travel within the given time to collect/receive the Prize.

Winner Announcement:

The winners will be notified through the same communication (Social Media, Email, or SMS).

The names of the winners will also be announced on JS Bank’s official social media pages.

Publicity Rights:

By participating in the Campaign, winners agree to allow JS Bank to use their names, photographs, and testimonials for promotional and marketing purposes, without any further compensation.

Exclusions:

Employees, agents, and immediate family members of JS Bank  employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

JS Bank reserves the right to exclude any participant found to be engaged in fraudulent activities or violating the terms and conditions.

Data Privacy:

By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data by JS Bank for the purposes of administering the Campaign and awarding the prizes.

JS Bank will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its privacy policy.

Liability:

JS Bank shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from participation in the Campaign or the use of the awarded prizes.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The Campaign and these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in disqualification from the lucky draw.
