Collateral Hypothecation of Solar Solution (only through JS Bank’s Authorized vendors)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) holder
  • Active tax filer with NTN number
  • Owner of the resident (house) where solar panel is to be installed(House)
  • Only for residential properties
Minimum Salary Requirement
Permanent Employee Rs.75,000/- Net per Month
Contractual Employee Rs.100,000/- Net per Month
Age Requirement
Age: Salaried Person Min 27 to 60 years at maturity
Age: Businessman Min 27 to 65 years at maturity

Minimum employment duration of 2 years

Required Document Checklist:

  • An account at JS Bank (Current or Savings)
  • Quotation of solar solutions from authorized energy partner of the Bank
  • Two (2) recent passport size photographs
  • Copy of CNIC / NICOP
  • Copy of NTN
  • Property Ownership document along with latest utility Bill (for proof of ownership)
  • Any other requirement of the Bank
