Job Title: Head Rates Trading & Primary Dealership Business

Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in trading, market-making, or primary dealership business, including significant exposure to fixed income and market auctions.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. CFA Level 2 (preferred).

Job Description:

The Head of Rates Trading & Primary Dealership Business will lead participation in primary market auctions and the trading of fixed income securities. The candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the Treasury’s Primary Dealership criteria, ensuring full compliance with SBP guidelines. Additionally, the candidate will engage in market-making for both corporate and retail clients in fixed income securities. A key focus will be achieving the volumetric and profit targets set for the business unit. The candidate will also oversee treasury operations related to fixed income and primary dealership activities, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of processes.
