Cash-In Process
The process for 'depositing' cash into the Mobile Wallet is as under:
- Provide your Mobile Wallet (Mobile Number) to the Jcash Agent
- Provide the amount to deposit
- Jcash Agent creates the transaction and completes it
- The Jcash MW account holder is sent a SMS confirmation message for this transaction

Cash-In Process
The process for ‘depositing’ cash into the Mobile Wallet is as under:
- Provide your Mobile Wallet (Mobile Number) to the Jcash Agent
- Provide the amount to withdraw
- Jcash Agent creates the transaction and completes it
- The Mobile Wallet account holder receives a confirmation call for this transaction, and provides his 4-digit PIN for validation
- If the PIN is valid, the transaction is completed and confirmation messages are sent to both the agent (within the app) and the Jcash MW account holder (through SMS)
