  • Responsible for ensuring that the customer receives a superior level of service during his banking transactions at the branch by coordinating between tellers/lending officers and customers
  • Handles all customer-related queries, problems
  • Ensures high scores in quality and service measures
  • Holds responsibility for overseeing the smooth functioning of the Bank’s floor operations.
  • Multiple positions are available in different cities across Pakistan.
