In light of the Covid-19 epidemic, JS Bank is pleased to offer JS Zarkhez customers the option to defer re-payment of principal in the monthly installment by upto a maximum of 12 months based upon request (Form given below). Customers now have the option to simply pay the Markup component therefore reducing the amount of the Monthly Installment. Prime Minister’s Youth Business Loans

In light of the Covid-19 epidemic, JS Bank is pleased to offer JS Prime Minister’s Youth Business Loan customers the option to defer re-payment of principal in the monthly installment by upto a maximum of 12 months based upon request (Form given below). Customers now have the option to simply pay the Markup & insurance component therefore reducing the amount of the Monthly Installment. Regulatory Relief to dampen Effects of COVID-19

To dampen the effects of COVID-19 on the economy, JS Bank is offering the following facilities for SME customers in compliance with the prudential regulations announced by State Bank of Pakistan.

Deferment of Principal Loan amount

  • JS Bank, upon the written request of a borrower received before 30th June 2020, will defer repayment of principal loan amount by one year; provided that the borrower will continue to pay the mark-up amount as per agreed terms & conditions.
  • JS Bank will convey their decision to the borrower within 15 working days after the receipt of the written request.
  • In case, JS Bank decides to decline the request of a borrower, they will record reasons for this decision in their response to the borrower.

Restructuring / Rescheduling of Loan Amount

  • The financing facilities of SME borrowers, who are unable to pay the mark-up amount or need deferment exceeding one year due to their income stream being impacted by Covid-19, may be rescheduled / restructured upon their request.

  • JS Naya Aghaaz SME Loan based on SBP Refinance for Special Persons
  • JS Working Capital Business Loan based on Refinance Scheme of Working Capital
  • JS Taraqi Loan based on Refinance Facility for Modernization of SMEs
  • JS School Development Finance
